Goanna Plumbing is a Brisbane maintenance business with a deliberately tight focus. We fix what has broken, we maintain what is working, and we answer the phone when something goes wrong at an inconvenient hour.
Our manifesto
To provide an alternative plumbing service that takes the stress out of plumbing problems through an honest, reliable, professional and dedicated approach, which both meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
That was written when the business started and it has not needed changing. Most people do not call a plumber because they want a plumber. They call because something has gone wrong, usually at a bad time, and they want to know three things: what is wrong, what it will cost, and when it will be fixed.
By engaging with our customer base we continually strive to achieve the ideal balance between the cost and quality of our services. We go to great lengths to broaden the skill set of our team, which is why we can handle a job end to end rather than coordinating three different trades to get one thing done.
What we are good at
Maintenance plumbing, drainage, jetting, machine excavation, CCTV surveying, roofing, renovations and backflow prevention. The common thread is that these all need diagnosing before they need fixing, and diagnosing is where most of the value sits.
Because we carry CCTV and jetting equipment ourselves, we are not waiting on anyone to tell us what is happening inside a drain.
The crew
Jarred, Jessy and Tim. That is Goanna. Jarred is the owner operator, Jessy is his second in charge and Tim is the third licensed plumber on the trucks. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it, and the names customers mention in reviews are the same three names on this page.
